Yeah! One of our customers that did the Ode to 30’s block of the month, brought in her quilt for us to see. Isn’t it just gorgeous!

The fall quilt retreat in Shipshewana Indiana is fast approaching. If you have never been on a quilt retreat, come try this one out. There will be about 40 ladies and each one at a different level in their quilting knowledge and ability. (we even have non-quilters attend just for the fellowship). The retreat is Friday November 13th through Sunday November 15th and there is an optional day of Thursday November 12th. Your meals are included for Friday dinner through Sunday lunch. The retreat is a great time to get your UFO’s (unfinished objects) done and no phones, no dishes and no housework .

It’s almost time for the Fall Harvest Shop Hop. The hop is Saturday September 19 and Monday through Saturday September 21 – 26 from 9 to 7pm. This years theme is houses/buildings. We have charms that you receive from each of the stores that match their block. Our block is a church and so is our charm.

Each store has finished their blocks differently.  This is ours that Melissa designed. We are taking preorders on our finishing kit.
