Seats are still available for the April 2023 quilt retreat at the Farmstead Inn in Shipshewana. However, it's only 8-ish weeks away so they will fill quickly. The cost is $150 each to reserve your table. You are responsible for your own room and meal arrangements. Come sew with us in beautiful Shipshewana! We think you deserve a vacation, and there's so much to do. Swimming in the hotel pool and hot tub, shopping at Yoder's, trying lots of delicious cooking and hand made treats & snacks at all the restaurants, or getting lots of sewing done while making new friends and talking with old ones, you're SURE to find something to do!

We now carry Faultless' Magic Premium Quilting & Crafting Spray in various sizes as well as their Magic Iron Cleaner. The spray works just as well as Best Press, leaving nice crisp seams without the stiffness. We're all pleased with the spray. It's also a bit less expensive. Dorene swears by the Iron Cleaner. Melissa hasn't had a chance to use hers, yet, but plans to after the collage class.

Hometown is the newest sew-along from Lori Holt. We are considering running this as a sort of block of the month. We are still fine tuning it, but the general idea is we put together monthly fabric kits that you can pick up just like a regular block of the month to help break up the cost of the quilt. Would this be something you would be interested in? Would you prefer complete kits instead? Please let us know! And if you would like to be added to the interest list for a complete kit OR for the block of month give us a call and let us know which you would prefer!
What is the interest list?
An interest list is a list we make that lets us know approximately how many people would be interested in a product or program we are considering having in the shop!
For example, if we are considering ordering a line but we aren't sure about it we may start an "interest list" to check and see if it is worth ordering.
Interest lists that don't have enough people on them will be CANCELLED so if you see something you like be sure you give us a call, shoot us an email, write us a letter, send smoke signals or talk to us in-person: whatever it takes to let us know!
