We still have openings for the August Craft/Hobby retreat, so sign up and bring all your crafty friends too! Crochet, knitting, painting, cross stitch, quilting, paper crafts, scrap booking, ect. All are welcome! Remember, each individual gets an 8 foot long table to themselves so there's PLENTY of room for whatever projects you decide to bring, plus August is the perfect time to break in those campers and stay at one of the local campgrounds!

We just learned about "petite" tapestry needles! They are 1.25" long (standard tapestry needles are about 1.5" long) so you can get the absolute most out of your thread while stitching. Have you ever heard of them before? They carry a pretty high price point but if cross stitching is a passion of yours, I think they are a great investment. Should we get some to carry in the store? Let us know!

These next two kits are GREAT for absolute beginners! If you've been wanting to try cross stitch out, or get a friend or child to give it a try, these are perfect!
They are small so you don't get overwhelmed, have DMC floss and a DMC needle, and also include a small embroidery hoop so you can test if you like to cross stitch in hand or in hoop.
