RETREAT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR ALL FUTURE RETREATS
Due to inflation and multiple price increases we are making the following changes to how the retreats will be run after the November 2022 Retreat:

1. The sign-up cost will now be $150 per person, payable to Quilt N GO (This cost covers the rental of the sewing room, tables, chairs, set-up, tear-down, and holds your place in the retreat. You must pay the $150 to QNG before you book a room.
2. I will no longer be in charge of assigning rooms. I will have a block of rooms saved for the retreat, and it will be your responsibility to book one of the rooms and pay for it. Seating in the sewing room will still be assigned, so at that time you can let us know who you want to sit with if you have a group you want to be seated with. Please remember that the tables are set up so there are 4 people in each “pod” of tables.
3. Your breakfast is still provided by the Farmstead; however, I will no longer be catering meals. You will now be responsible for your own lunch and dinner arrangements. There are many local establishments you can visit, or you can get food delivered to the hotel. Cooking facilities are not available to us. There is a microwave in each room.
These changes will remove the major cost increases I would have to charge to continue running the retreats.
The Farmstead will NOT split bills. One person staying in the room will pay and the others will settle up with that one person. You can have up to 4 people in a room.
