We are CLOSED today, December 25
We will be OPEN the rest of the year!
Take a look at this new bolt of fabric from Wilmington Prints
Sewing and notion print fabric is super popular, so we don't expect this to last long! If you are interested in it, don't wait to get some.
We also got in some new pin holders. These magnetic pin cups are very cute, and really useful to have! They even have a lid so you can safely travel with your pins (perfect for classes and retreats!) and come in two sizes.
|Large(left) and Small(right)|
Magnetic Pin Cups hold your pins point down so you don't get poked trying to pick one up while sewing. Each Magnetic Pin Cup comes with a removable case for safe storage while traveling to class. Each cup holds up to 100 pins
We also have in the new Hemline Gold Quilter Multi Mats
This is a 4-in-1 mat: cutting mat, anti-slip layout mat, pattern marking mat, ironing mat. An ideal and versatile work surface for all patchwork and quilting projects. Portable size in 12 in x 9.5 in x 1 in ; Open size: 12 in x 19 in x 0.5 in
Plus it is really cute isn't it?
|Come by and check them out for yourself! These are great for classes and retreats too, or even for taking to appointments to keep your pattern still while you work.|
The fabric is IN and we will start cutting kits soon. If you are interested in signing up, please do so ASAP.
Illusions is a batik sampler block of the month, if you are new to sewing or looking to build up your skills this is an amazing program for you! If you just love Batiks, then you'll love this block of the month anyway.

Mystery Quilt Information:
THIS CLUB IS LIVE!!! If you want to stop by and work on the mystery quilt, stop by this Tuesday and you can sew with Melissa! She hopes you'll be here!
1. This club is completely free, it is NOT a block of the month we are running. You will be able to purchase fabric from us for the quilt, but we will not be personally cutting kits for you.
2. Each clue is released on Bonnie K. Hunter's blog on Friday mornings. That will give you the weekend to get your fabrics cut.
2. You will meet up here every week on Tuesdays to come sew along in our shop.
3. You will have to bring your printed clue (we can print it for you if you do not have a printer, for $1 a page), pre-cut fabrics, and sewing necessities including your machine (and cords!) with you to sew.
That's about it! This is essentially going to be a place to work on the same project together, like a sit and sew, but for this quilt specifically. If you are interested, give us a call to reserve your spot. There is limited space for sewing machines in our shop so if you are planning to come down each week and sew with us, let us know! If you are going to be here all day, or for a long period of time, please feel free to pack a lunch!
If you have any questions, you can reply to this email, or call on Tuesday, Thursday, or Friday to speak with Melissa, who is the one organizing this club.
We hope we get a lot of interest! If we do, this may be something we consider doing in the future as well with other sew-along projects. Much more fun than book club, isn't it?
