You must buy in bundles of 20 fat quarters in order to get the sale price. You may create your bundle from any of the available fat quarters. As always, store-made bundles are 20% off.
Who's ready for spring and bright colors? Keep your eyes open for a new line of bright, colorful prints and panels coming from In The Beginning Fabrics. "Summer" should arrive in the shop in April, "Autumn" arrives in July, and "Winter" arrives in October. "Spring" is not pictured. We are creating an interest list for this new Block of the Month called "Masterpiece". It starts in May of this year. This quilt will be big! It is a 108" square. The price will be $24 per month and includes all fabrics for the top, binding and pattern. You have to see these fabrics to realize just how rich and beautiful these jewel tones are. The picture does not do this quilt justice.
Please remember the interest list does NOT mean you are signed up for "Masterpiece", it just gives us an idea of how much fabric we need to order, so if you think you might want to do this block of the month please let us know and we will put you on the interest list.

This is a technique class. Learn to set up your machine and prepare the applique shapes. Practice stitching inside and outside points, circles and curves. Enjoy working on any applique pattern after taking this class.

Students will make a 8" x 8" block made up of 4 paper-pieced squares forming a star flower. Learn a valuable skill to take your quilting to the next level! Paper piecing is a timeless art, and with Ruth's help you'll soon be on your way to mastering this talent.
